Autumn 2026
Eco-art therapy group

Offering a supportive space as the days get darker.
Biweekly on Sundays – 10:00am – 12:30pm
September 13th – December 20th
*No group on October 11th due to long weekend

As we move through Autumn, the days get darker. With the seasonal changes, we may experience shifts in mood, energy and rhythms. In alignment with the changing season, we will work together to reframe negative thoughts, develop practices of rest and activate supportive connections.

This group is for adults (18+) experiencing burnout, anxiety, and
low mood looking to build resilience, practices of rest and connection.

We’ll blend art with ecology and psychotherapy including outdoor nature-immersed experiences, gentle somatic meditations, art-making invitations and dialogue. You do not need to have any artistic or outdoor experience.

Group dates:

• September 13th
• September 27th
• October 25th
• November 8th
• November 22nd
• December 6th

The group will conclude the day before the winter solstice, marking the darkest day of the year.
