Jehanne supports individuals of all ages.

True healing is not only about sorting through thoughts; it is about uncovering the deep-rooted emotional patterns that impact both the mind and the body. Jehanne is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and health coach specializing in holistic psychotherapy—bridging clinical mental health care with somatic resilience.

Jehanne uses an integrative approach when working with individuals navigating anxiety, processing trauma, managing chronic stress and life transitions. Her practice centers on the deep emotional processing and clinical insight of traditional psychotherapy, the creative, somatic process of art therapy and is enhanced by practical coaching strategies. This approach supports clients in taking actionable steps to integrate meaningful change beyond the therapeutic space. Through her collaborative, trauma-informed approach, Jehanne seeks to empower individuals to heal emotional wounds, reclaim their mental well-being, and feel truly grounded and at home in their own skin.
