Annie Liston Walters

Annie supports individuals of all ages.
Annie firmly believes that every individual has the ability to heal, recover, learn, and thrive. She works with people of all ages, helping them identify their strengths, overcome past traumas, and develop the necessary tools for success. Annie offers various evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic, sensorimotor, play therapy, existential, and IFS, all through the lens of art therapy. While art therapy is a significant focus of her practice, Annie provides multiple evidence-based options for her clients. Amy Tschupruk

Amy supports individuals of all ages.
Amy has worked with clients of all ages in various settings, including public schools, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and private practice. Her practice is grounded in genuineness, compassion, curiosity, and anti-oppressive values. She emphasizes person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and existential approaches.
Amy supports clients seeking both longer-term, in-depth work and shorter-term, solution-focused therapy. She integrates talk therapy and art therapy in a way that is tailored to each client’s needs and comfort level.
